Giant cost overruns, materials from overseas, union bosses makin millions…this has been going on forever, everybody knows it, so why isn’t it stopped? When a contract is set at a price and time, that’s what it should be. They just underbid them to get the projects approved with no intention of fulfilling what’s in the contract. Another big, crooked game where people get rich off the tax payer…like i said, what’s new?
